READY? REFRESH!
There is a refreshing presence of God's Spirit that is coming to those that have been in some of the most intense battles! God is fighting and assisting you in this moment. Open your eyes and see.
(2 King 6:15-18), "When the servant of the man of God got up and went out early the next morning, an army with horses and chariots had surrounded the city. “Oh no, my lord! What shall we do?” the servant asked. “Don’t be afraid,” the prophet answered. “Those who are with us are more than those who are with them.” And Elisha prayed, “Open his eyes, Lord, so that he may see.” Then the Lord opened the servant’s eyes, and he looked and saw the hills full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha. As the enemy came down toward him, Elisha prayed to the Lord, “Strike this army with blindness.” So he struck them with blindness, as Elisha had asked".
I know it has felt like you've been in (a)
season(s) of intense warfare and the diversion
tactic of the enemy have been relenting. There
are more with you! Say that today, "there are
more with me." These diversion tactics have
kept you from seeing truly what God is doing
for you! He is fighting for you! A diversion is "an
attack or feint that draws the attention and
force of an enemy from the point of the
principal operation" (Webster).
I want to encourage you to give God the battles
and the fatigue you have faced in the last
several years. I recently began to research the
names of God and the name that stood out to
me was Jehovah- Machsi. He is the God that
has compassion and comforts. The refreshing
that is coming to you will flow from the
abundance of His love. My friend you were
loved by our Father way before you decided to
love Him back. (2 Corinthians 1:3), "Praise be to
the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,
the Father of compassion and the God of all
comfort".
The comforter is in you. The Holy Spirit desires
to break forth in you and bring the comfort of
His presence. Are ready to receive the
refreshing of the Lord. This refreshing will wash
away the dread from past seasons. This
refreshing will demolish the accusing voice of
our adversary. Let trust be your weapon and
your foundation. Cling to every word that
proceeds out of the mouth of our Father. Get
ready for the refresh as you rest in what Holy
Spirit is doing in you. He who has begun a
good work in you shall perfrom it until the day
of Jesus Christ.
